Leon was born to a carpentry business owner Sébastien, Ndanikure in Burundi, Africa. In 1983 Leon started working for his father who then started teaching him everything about the business. Several years pass by and Leon became his father's business partner. In 1993, Leon and his family fled to Tanzania after the war in Burundi. After settling in Tanzania, he had to continue his father's legacy by starting his own carpentry business,
Leons Home Furniture Repair. His business became very well-known in the refugee camp where his family resides. His company helped to build furniture for schools, hospitals and clinics in the refugee camp. Mr. Ndanikure and his business later moved to Texas, USA. Leon became very known for his furniture's in Dallas, Texas.
His customers fell in love with how durable his furniture was. In 2019 Leon opened Leon's Hardwood, LLC to focus on providing other businesses reliable, long lasting and affordable hardwoods supplies.
